Chutney, a bittersweet sauce to wallow in

Enjoying rich culinary preparation seasoned with chutney is to give the palate the delight of various flavors. The bittersweet chutney is a condiment that is made with fruits or vegetables cooked in vinegar with strong spices and sugar, giving meats a truly original flavor.

People can develop their own chutney sauce, by making a good blend of some spices such as cloves, mustard or chili peppers with a mixture of fruit cooked in vinegar with sugar.

There is no specific recipe to make the chutney sauce, for this reason, its name is usually associated with the name of the base ingredient, tomato, mango, papaya, chutney.

For a basic recipe, choose some seasonal fruits and prepares a mixture with 200 grams of onions and 60 grams of brown sugar (though you can use white), 5 tablespoons of wine vinegar, a little ginger, cinnamon and two or three nails .

Arrange all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat about 12 minutes, to fine chutney, just grind it in a blender and you have a perfect condiment to accompany a rich stew.

If you prefer it spicy, add more spices, if you want different and suggestive flavors, use tropical fruits such as pineapple or mango, and remember, you can use combinations of fruit and vegetables.
