“Feng Shui” Wine, an Inquisitive Match
After a time retailing wines from the DO Penedes to the Japanese hospitality market, Lee’s Food Iberica, within the Iberochina Group, one of the leading companies engaged in food distribution in eastern Spain, has focused its product on Japanese restaurants in a bid to update its “Feng Shui” image and home in on high-level customer.
The wine created is the Feng Shui Sushi Fusion white wine which is young, pale yellow, bright, fresh and fruity with a touch of acidity and is excellent to accompany dishes with sashimi, sushi or nigiris, tataky and teriyaki, and the rose wine Feng Shui Sushi Fusion, a tasty young rosé or cherry red, with a fine floral aroma complemented by discreet touches of plum and cherry fruit, rich at the palate and smooth with a powerful aftertaste.
Finally there is a red Feng Shui Sushi Fusion, a red wine with deep ruby color and orange background. It has a complex aroma with notes of spice and lush red Mediterranean fruit, it is barrel aged and delivers touches of vanilla and smoked meat.
